A little about ourselves

We are Student Association of the Department of Estate Management & Valuation. Our Department is the one of the leading department under Faculty of Management Studies & Commerce (FMSC) of University of Sri Jayewardenepura. The Department of Estate Management and Valuation (EMV) was established in 1986 in the FMSC as a fully-fledged department to conduct the B.Sc. (Special) Estate Management and Valuation degree program. The B.Sc. Estate Management & Valuation (Special) is the sole degree programme in Sri Lanka, which caters to the three professions; Real Estate Valuation, Property Management, and Urban & Regional Planning.

" *PAHASARANIYA 21* " 1st year undergraduate talent show was held successfully on 10 July 2021 with the participation of the Academic Staff and all the Undergraduates of the Department of Estate Management and Valuation.

"සඳ දිය දහරා"- 2021"සඳ දිය දහරා" the "ඩිජිටල් තොරණ" and "පොසොන් බැති ගී සරණිය" Programme was held successfully on 24, 25 and 26 June 2021 in relation to the "Poson poya day", with the participation of the Academic Staff and all the Undergraduates of the Department of Estate Management and Valuation.
